Pennine Healthcare is proud to be one of the UK’s leading, employee owned, manufacturer and distributor, of single use, sterile Ward & Theatre Consumables and Custom Procedure Packs, as well as being one of the leading suppliers of PPE into healthcare settings. Since our incorporation in 1963, the business has grown year on year and we market and distribute products in over 50 countries worldwide, employing around 180 people at our purpose-built premises in Derby. 

Long Service Awards – Celebrating 5 to 35 years of service

We are proud to be awarding our Long Service Awards this week to members of staff that have been representing Pennine for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years. This is a great testament to our colleagues, and the business, with our average staff turnover rate sitting at around 12 years.

Our employees are the heart of our organisation and are vital to the long-term success of the business. We put our employees at the centre of everything we do and it’s great to celebrate staff who have dedicated so much to the company. It's important that our colleagues understand that their ongoing commitment to their roles day in day out, are pivotal to the success of Pennine.
